General terms and conditions
Simple rules to help us focus on delivering the best possible product for you.
Price
We charge in advance for 2 week sprint. The price is fixed and will not change during the project. You are expected to pay ahead of every sprint.
Schedule
We will schedule sprints to happen when you are ready to recieve work. If at any point you are want to stop work or are late with funding, we will stop and then restart can happen when we have slots available.
Start and end
We will start sprint with planning session (IPM) and finish it with brief retrospective. We will also have a demo of the work done.
Feedback
During the sprint we will often have partial work or features ready. It is helpful if you can take a look at them and provide feedback as soon as possible. This will help us to adjust the work to your needs.
Status update
We will provide updates on completed work and progress daily through chat or email update. We can have brief status update meeting on end of first week of sprint and on end of sprint you will be able to see work demoed.
Workshops
During work week, when we need to think through features or review something that needs more focused feedback, we will organize workshops. Those will be different kinds and depending on work and topic we need to clarify or decide.
Code & Coaching - MVP in 90 days
Me and my team will work with you to define and refine your idea into succesful product. We will follow our process as outlined in The Method to develop your MVP. We will launch it in 60 days and continue to tweak and work on it for another 30 days post launch.

Week 1
Prototyping
We will start with a planning session to understand your business and your goals.
We will then create wireframes and prototypes to help you visualize the product.
Week 2
UI design
We will create a design system and apply it to the wireframes.
We will also create a style guide to help us stay consistent.
Week 3
Development
Wire in login and user authentication, database model and admin panel to manage data.
Week 4
Feature development
In this week we will focus on feature that makes your idea unique.
Week 5 & 6
Feature development
Continue working on main feature of the application.
Week 7
Finish development work
We will finish all development work and prepare for launch.
We will also prepare documentation for the app.
Week 8
Launch!
If it is not published we will publish site live.
We will configure tracking and analytics. We will work with you to learn how to manage the app.
Weeks 9-12
Optimize
While tracking users we will optimize the site for better performance and conversion.
We will also fix any bugs that might have appeared.
MVP Package
We've carefully structured week-by-week activities to ensure the timely delivery of everything included in your package. Keep in mind that you're investing in our dedicated time, and should you wish to prioritize certain features or allocate more time to them, you have the option to extend the project duration by purchasing additional weeks.
